Portals

Each kind of person can have their own portal. They sign in with an emailed link, and see only what belongs to them.

Tenant portal: rent and statement, repairs (report and follow), documents you share, announcements and help articles.
Landlord portal: properties, statements, documents, repair approvals and messages.
Contractor portal: jobs offered, visits, photos, quotes and invoices, certificates. It works on a phone, even with a poor signal.
Seller and buyer portal (estate agency): the seller sees their advert, viewing feedback you have released and offers (without buyer names); the buyer sees their own offers, viewings and saved homes.

Giving someone access

Open the person's record and use the Portal access tab (on a seller or buyer, use the invite button on their record). Staff cannot be invited as portal users. You can remove access at any time.

What staff stay in charge of

Portals do not bypass your rules. Documents appear only when you have marked them as shareable, and sensitive documents are never shown.
