- Is there a free trial?
- Yes. Start a trial on the package that fits you and decide later. If it does not fit, ask us and we will move you to another plan.
- Can I combine estate agency with lettings or property management?
- Yes. The combined packages cost less than the two separately and share one set of contacts, documents and users. Already on one package? Ask us and we will move you to the combined one.
- How does per-home pricing work?
- Property management and Portfolio have a minimum monthly fee that already covers a number of homes. Past that, each extra home is charged at the price shown, so small agencies are not paying for homes they do not manage.
- Are there setup fees or contracts?
- We do not charge a setup fee. These are early launch prices, so they may change for new customers.
- Can I import my existing data?
- Yes. Contacts, landlords, properties and tenancies can be imported from a spreadsheet, with starting layouts for common agency systems.
